Job description
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk.
Duties:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable;
- Account revenues and expenses;
- Prepare GST-QST returns;
- Perform bank reconciliation;
- Support monthly inventory taking;
- Carry out period-end journal entries;
- Reconcile period-end balance sheet accounts;
- Prepare year-end file for annual financial statements.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Mastery of accounting cycles;
- Proficiency in Acomba software;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Organized;
- Experience in the retail or automotive sectors.
