Sales Manager - New Vehicles

Since an imminent move is approaching, we are looking for a Sales Manager!

Here are the main tasks:

- Monitor transactions, “T.O. ”, transactions, inventory, CRM of all customers (“walk-in” phone, etc.) and incoming leads;
- Ensure smooth deliveries and customer service results;
- Perform assessments to the team;
- Train and motivate the team and ensure teamwork;
- Set up a new and pre-owned vehicle Buyers tracking system;
- Make exchanges between dealerships
- Work collaboratively with all departments;
- Develop effective sales strategies to stimulate new vehicle sales;
- Evaluate pre-owned vehicles;
- Perform any other related task.
