We are looking for a Delivery Assistant in the financial services department.
The Assistant Financial Services Manager's duties include:
- Registering cars via SAAQclic;
- Verifying the usage of vehicles purchased or traded in with the Register of Personal, Real and Movable Rights (RPRM) and transmit the information to the Sales Manager;
- Ensuring the accuracy of the information on the sales or lease contract;
- Working closely with the Sales Manager, Financial Services Managers and their Sales Representatives;
- Following-up on aesthetics, mechanical, etc. products upon delivery of the vehicle;
- Discounting files and following-up with the accounting department;
- Presenting yourself in a professional manner and maintain a neat work station;
- Carrying out other duties as required and as directed by management;
