Lease & Operations Specialist

You'll play a key role in quickly resolving payment issues and managing supplier relationships, while evolving in an engaging work environment.

From our Montreal office, coordinate elements of the leasing process across Canada (anti-theft installations, insurance validation, transport logistics and vehicle registration).

You will collect and verify customer documents with relevant team members (invoices, contracts, insurance, ownership documents, identifications). You will also manage accounts receivable by contacting customers for payments (collecting payments or transferring delinquent accounts to collection agencies if necessary).

The candidate is decisive and assertive, effectively managing operational logistics and collections.

He/she possesses exceptional communication skills, enabling him/her to clarify ambiguities and impose accountability on both suppliers and customers. This person is adept at navigating bureaucratic hurdles, liaising effectively with insurance companies, and ensuring compliance by all parties involved.

Her approach combines tact and firmness, ensuring that tasks are completed without compromising professional relationships.

With an acute ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, he excels at driving processes forward, maintaining meticulous records, ensuring compliance with bank audits.

The candidate is highly skilled in negotiation and possesses a straightforward attitude that ensures swift resolutions of overdue payments and uncooperative suppliers, while maintaining a positive, results-oriented working environment.
