We're a large, fast-growing dealership looking for someone to fill a hybrid position of automotive sales secretary. The profile we're looking for is that of an organized, autonomous person.
The incumbent will:
- Discount sales files;
- Account for sales files;
- Make sales contracts between merchants;
- Pay links payable;
- Store vehicles;
- Perform all other related accounting tasks.
Conditions and benefits:
- Salary up to $55,000 per year depending on experience;

Desired skills:
- 2 years of experience in accounting or as a sales secretary;
- Knowledge of the automotive industry (an asset);
- Knowledge of SAAQclic;
- Proactive, orderly and interested in a job well done;
- Knowledge of SERTI, MERLIN (an asset, training will be provided as needed).
