We're looking for a Follow-up Clerk who wants to offer our customers outstanding service.
The incumbent will:
- Make appointments;
- Perform data entry;
- Receive calls;
- Organize and follow-up with customers;
- Follow-up with customers by telephone, e-mail and text message;
- Work in conjunction with the parts and service department.
Skills:
- 1 year of experience in a similar position (a minimum);
- Knowledge of the SERTI system (an asset, but we offer training if required);
- Comfortable dealing with the public.
Conditions and benefits:
- Salary commensurate with experience;
- Full-time, permanent position;
- Working hours from Monday to Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Fridays, from8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m;
