Accounting Clerk - Sales Accounting

Working directly with the Controller, the person we're looking for will have to perform a variety of tasks.

Duties:

- Accounting and following-up of sales contracts (including new and used vehicles, wholesale sales, lease buy-back);
- Following-up on sales accounts receivable, rigorous monitoring of disbursements);
- Carrying out inventory financing and ensure rigorous follow-up;
- Doing monthly schedule analysis;
- Carrying out any other related tasks.

Desired qualities:

- 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership (new and pre-owned);
- Experience in purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles;
- Knowledge of Serti software (an asset);
- Comfortable with computers and the Office suite;
- Extremely positive attitude;
- Punctual, diligent, autonomous, able to manage priorities on a day-to-day basis and professional;
- Team-oriented.
