Job description
Fortier Auto, a Ford dealership established over 110 years ago, is looking for a Customer Service Clerk for its service department.
This Customer Service Agent will need to have good communication, sales and customer service skills, as the jobholder will have to answer incoming calls, do follow-up calls and confirm appointments for the next day's workshop.
The desired candidate must be organized, structured and show initiative.
Job summary:
- Processing customer invoice payment requests;
- Manage cash register, issue payment receipts and debit/credit card remittances;
- Customer service management;
- Appointment scheduling;
- Incoming calls;
- Take written telephone messages for service department employees;
- Telephone follow-up for after-sales service appointments;
- Individual coaching on the evaluation of work performance in the after-sales service department;
- Taking payments from customers;
- Closing work orders and vouchers collected at reception the previous day;
- Cash report;
- Cash calculation for accounting purposes;
- Parts calls and production of parts order for all technical advisors;
- Labels tires for storage.
Conditions of employment:
- Fluent spoken and written French;
- Effective and functional command of spoken and written English;
- Knowledge of standard computer tools;
- Willingness to work as part of a team of service advisors;
- Experience in a car dealership (an asset);
- Experience with Serti (an asset).
