Job Description
Are you the master of clean?

Do you prefer hands-onwork with the potential to get a little dirty while on the job?

Are you organized anddetail oriented?

As a Service SupportAssistant, you are treated as a crucial part of our serviceexperience and are responsible for the final step of the ServiceDepartment's interaction with the customer. You will clean anddetail equipment to ensure it is presented to customers inpristine condition. This is a full-time temporary role with possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

Wash and Detail Equipment:Thoroughly clean theinterior and exterior of Agriculture and Turf equipment andmaintain a steady flow of through the wash bay.

Inspect Equipment:Perform inspections onwashed equipment to maintain high-quality standards.

General Maintenance: Perform generalcleaning and maintenance for the shop, building, and yard.

Wash Bay:Keep the wash bay cleanand organized, including cleaning tools and equipment after each use.

Pick Up and Deliver Equipment:Transport equipment toand from the shop as required.

Team Support:Provide assistance to theShop Foreman and Service Technicians when needed.

Requirements

Education: Highschool diploma or equivalent GED. 

Experience: Detailing experience with the ability to operateequipment including a commercial pressure washer and otherhand/power tools.Previousexperience with farm equipment is an asset. 

Technical Skills: Basiccomputer skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suite 

Physical Capability: Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbswith long periods of standing and walking. 

SoftSkills: Ability to work independently with ahigh attention to detail, adaptable with excellent time managementskills, and a team player with a positive attitude and willingnessto help others. 

Valid Driver's License: You'll need this for operating equipment, travelling between stores, and occasional service deliveries and pick-ups.
