Requirements
Education:Journeyperson Certificate -Heavy EquipmentTechnician (HET) or AgriculturalEquipment Technician (AET).
Experience: 4+years in agriculture equipment repair or a relatedfield.Previous John Deere agricultural equipment andproduct experience is anasset.
TechnicalSkills:Proficiency indiesel engines,hydraulicsystems, electrical systems,and computer-baseddiagnostic tools.
People-Focused: Teamplayer with a friendly, professional attitude and focus oncustomer service.
SoftSkills: Attention to Detail, strong timemanagement, ability to work independently, andadaptability.
PhysicalCapability: Ability to lift, carry, push,and pull up to 50 lbs with long periods of standing andwalking.
Valid Driver'sLicense: You'll need this for travel toservice calls.
