In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing our diverse, modern fleet of heavy-duty diesel trucks and related equipment. Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical diploma preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a diesel mechanic.

• 310T Truck & Coach Technician license.

• Experience using diagnostic software is considered an asset.

• Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new programs and systems.

• Must meet all company standards for safety-sensitive positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair operational issues on heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on diesel, CNG, gasoline, and electric-powered

equipment and vehicles.

• Complete work orders, repair reports, and parts requests; perform required

administrative tasks daily.

• Plan and schedule repairs using the M5 planner and procure required parts to execute

the plan.

• Review mechanical write-ups and coordinate repair schedules with operations.

• Ensure all work is completed in a safe manner and in compliance with company and

regulatory safety requirements.

• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

• Maintain and provide the necessary tools to perform all required maintenance and repair

tasks.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable federal/provincial regulations.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
