You've put in the work to earn your 310S. Now you want a shop that respects that - one that invests in your growth, treats you like a professional, and doesn't make you fight for what you've earned. This is that place.
This is a well-established, multi-location dealership group with a reputation for doing things the right way. They run a clean, organized shop, support ongoing training, and genuinely believe in promoting from within. If you're tired of employers who talk about culture but don't back it up, this one is worth your time.
The opportunity sits across multiple locations in the GTA and surrounding area - Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, and Barrie - so there's flexibility in where you land depending on where your life is.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
Most dealership postings look the same. This one isn't. The organization has built a benefits and perks program that is genuinely competitive: year-end bonus, group RRSP with employer matching, an educational reimbursement program for those who want to keep learning, a vehicle purchase program, parts and service discounts, a fitness discount program, and an employee referral program that pays you for referring great people. That's not a list of checkbox perks - that's a group that has thought carefully about what keeps good technicians around long term. You'll also have access to manufacturer training and ongoing development, which matters if you care about staying sharp in a fast-changing industry.
What You'll Be Doing
Performing diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on repair orders with accuracy and efficiency in compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications with thorough supporting documentation Coordinating with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to confirm parts availability before and during work orders Performing Certified Pre-Owned inspections on used vehicles and completing all required and approved work Installing accessories, conducting PDI inspections, and diagnosing and repairing faults on new and used vehicles Road testing vehicles post-repair to confirm quality of work before delivery Staying current on technical skills through required training courses and classes Maintaining full compliance with safety regulations, hazardous waste disposal procedures, and Canadian Occupational Health and Safety requirements

Licensed Automotive Service Technician - 310S certification is required Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with excellent diagnostic capabilities Ability to work efficiently and accurately under the pace of a dealership service environment Strong organizational and time management skills with close attention to detail A collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering quality work every time Positive attitude toward continuous learning and professional development

Competitive compensation plan with year-end bonus. Full details will be confirmed during the screening process. Onsite role.
