The Drive Ahead
 

• Prepare vehicles and cut and install Paint Protection Film (PPF)
• Assist with the preparation and installation of vehicle wraps and decals
• Monitor and participate in keeping the shop and equipment clean and organized
• Support inventory counts and shop maintenance as needed
• Ensure customer satisfaction by producing quality, timely work
• Operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles safely
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, efficient workplace
• Work independently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

Performance Essentials
 

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry or a related field
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 5-15 lbs
• Valid driver's license and a clean abstract
• Familiarity with shop safety practices and a commitment to workplace health and safety
• Full-time availability - typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
