The Drive Ahead
- Prepare vehicles and cut and install Paint Protection Film (PPF)
- Assist with the preparation and installation of vehicle wraps and decals
- Monitor and participate in keeping the shop and equipment clean and organized
- Support inventory counts and shop maintenance as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction by producing quality, timely work
- Operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles safely
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, efficient workplace
- Work independently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Performance Essentials
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry or a related field
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 5-15 lbs
- Valid driver's license and a clean abstract
- Familiarity with shop safety practices and a commitment to workplace health and safety
- Full-time availability - typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
