Orangeville Toyota is looking for an Accounting Clerk to add to their team in Orangeville.
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for compiling and maintaining records by performing various accounting duties, including (but not limited to) handling cash deposits, assisting with account receivables & payables, preparing cheques, and assisting the Controller with month-end.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 4:00pm.
Pay: $21 per hour.
Term: Temporary. Part-Time. 8-month contract (ending October 2026).

Job Duties:
- Accounts payable.
- Invoice posting and payment.
- Prepare daily bank deposits.
- Process accounting files for dealership's departments.
- Assist with Controller with month-end tasks.
- Assist with accounts receivable.
- Prepare cheques when needed.
- Other duties as required.
What We Look For:
- General accounting knowledge is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is considered an asset.
- Experience using CDK and One-Eighty is considered an asset.
- Ability to work well with a team and independently.
- Strong attention to details.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts; such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Post-secondary education in a related field of study is an asset.
