  • Compensation: $60,000 to $120,000 annually (based upon individual performance)

What We're Looking For:
 

  • Passion for outstanding customer service-treat every guest like a friend
  • Energy and enthusiasm to be part of a high-performing, fast-growing sales team
  • Drive to succeed and take ownership of your income through dedication and effort
  • Coachable and eager to continuously improve
  • OMVIC license required
  • Proven automotive sales experience preferred
  • Multi-language skills are a plus


Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Engage customers professionally at every touchpoint, making the experience enjoyable and memorable
  • Follow up on leads from inquiry to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Prospect new customers and conduct outreach as needed
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles based on needs and preferences
  • Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
  • Conduct test drives, negotiate, and close sales deals
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain precise records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions
