This is a full time, regular position with opportunities to grow and learn the RV business from the inside out.

What You'll Do

 

• Assist customers at the parts counter and over the phone with product inquiries and orders
• Process retail purchases quickly and accurately at the point of sale
• Support technicians by picking and coordinating parts for service orders
• Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory organization
• Track back orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment
• Help keep the parts area clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Create attractive displays and help merchandise products for promotions
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the Parts and Service teams

What You Bring

 

• A friendly, customer-focused attitude and a passion for helping people
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Weekend availability
• Mechanical or electrical parts knowledge is a strong asset
• Experience in retail parts, automotive, or service environments is an advantage
• A passion for camping, RVing, or outdoor recreation is a big plus

Compensation:The hourly rate for this position ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, with the maximum rate based on relevant experience in the RV industry.
