Our Shop Foreman / Lead Technician is a hands-on role. You will mentor others, troubleshoot problems, and set the pace for a high-performing team.

What You'll Do
- Supervise and support the work of Service Technicians
- Train new and existing staff on safety and service procedures
- Monitor and ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with scheduling, supply management, and shop maintenance
- Step in as a Service Technician whenever needed
- Help resolve customer inquiries and support the Service Manager
What You Bring
- Red Seal RV Technician (preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience
- 5+ years RV or automotive service experience
- Leadership skills and a team-first mindset
- Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and organizational abilities
- Gas Certification and Forklift Ticket (assets, not required)
