We are currently looking for a Bilingual Discounting Representative to join our team in Mississauga.

A Day in the Life: 
 

• Ensure all necessary documentation is received and accurate, following NCFI policy and legal requirements. You'll confirm payment calculations, correct errors, and input data into our systems to finalize and book contracts. You will also follow up with dealers to resolve any discrepancies and ensure compliance.
• Answer dealer inquiries regarding lease and loan contracts. You'll handle a range of questions, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
• Prepare and distribute a report identifying deals on hold, investigate the reasons behind it, and ensure timely resolution.
• Address discrepancies in the Pre-authorized Payment report, working with internal systems and physical documentation to correct errors.
• Respond to inquiries from internal departments (e.g., Credit and Customer Service) about deals, discounting procedures, and exceptions.

Who We're Looking for: 
 

• Excellent communication skills in both English and French (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to new computer systems and technologies.
• Availability to work onsite at our Mississauga office.
