Genesis Niagara is looking to add a Service Concierge to join our growing family. This is an on call position. We are the #1 Genesis team in Canada for an exciting and new luxury brand. The successful candidate would be an enthusiastic, goal driven individual with a positive attitude.

Here's what you'll deliver:

 

• Greet customers and keep the drive-thru clean.
• Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees.
• Utilize systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions.
• Analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions and resolutions required.
• Tag and park service vehicles while maintaining an organized parking lot.
• Basic knowledge of washing vehicles.
• Execute tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• Conduct free alignments inspections.
• Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
• Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
• Other duties as required by management.

What you need to succeed:

 

• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Automotive experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Possess exceptional customer service skills.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable and able to work productively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Demonstrated ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Manual dexterity required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience***

Job Type: Temporary- Part Time
Compensation: $17.55 per hour
