New and Pre-Owned Vehicles Assistant Sales Manager

Job description:

A well-established company in the Cowansville area is recognized for its professionalism, customer service and commitment to performance. We are currently looking for a results-driven Assistant Sales Manager with strong leadership skills to help take our team to new heights.

Your role:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the new and pre-owned vehicle sales department, as well as leading and motivating your team.

Main responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets (sales volume, profit margins, F&I penetration and customer satisfaction);
- Supervise, coach and motivate the sales team;
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, processes and programs;
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement effective action plans;
- Manage inventory and optimize vehicle turnover;
- Actively participate in the recruitment, training and development of sales advisors;
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Work closely with the sales manager, service department and finance department;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
