Lombardi Honda, a major Montreal dealership recently renovated with three indoor showrooms, is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager (Desk Manager) for new and pre-owned vehicles to join its team!

Job responsibilities:

- Supervise a team of 16 Sales Representatives under the supervision of the General Manager;
- Meet with every customer and assist sales representatives throughout the sales process to finalize each transaction;
- Maximize the potential of every transaction alongside the sales representatives;
- Motivate and support the sales team;
- Maintain an active presence in the showroom to ensure smooth daily operations;
- Perform any other related duties under the supervision of the general manager.

Ideal candidate:

- Fully bilingual in French and English;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Professional attitude and approach.
