Shop Foreman

Service Shop Foreman – CarStar Dorval and NAPA AutoCare Dorval

With an 11,000-square-foot workshop, ongoing expansion, state-of-the-art equipment (Hunter, Spanesi, GYS, Autel) and a steady volume of insurance claims and mechanical repairs, we are looking for a strong, organized and results-driven Service Shop Foreman to join our team.

We need a workshop leader who can enforce high standards, maintain productivity and ensure quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations;
- Plan and assign work according to priorities and deadlines;
- Ensure compliance with CarStar standards and insurance company requirements;
- Perform quality control inspections on completed repairs before vehicle delivery;
- Maintain team productivity and operational efficiency;
- Supervise, motivate and hold technicians accountable for their work.

Ideal Candidate:

- Extensive experience in automotive mechanics and knowledge of the Autel calibration system;
- Experience in workshop management or a leadership role;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
