Delivery Coordinator and Financial & Insurance Managers' Assistant

At Girard, the Vehicles Delivery Coordinator and F&I's Assistant plays a key role in the customer experience by ensuring a memorable, professional and personalized vehicle delivery process.

This individual ensures that every customer leaves feeling confident and completely satisfied with their experience. They also contribute to smooth dealership operations by handling the administrative preparation of vehicle deliveries and supporting the F&I Department.

Main eesponsibilities:

- Prepare and verify vehicle delivery documentation;
- Ensure vehicles are properly prepared for delivery;
- Have customers sign all required documents when taking possession of their vehicles;
- Process vehicle registrations and ownership transfers with the SAAQ;
- Present vehicles to customers and explain their main features and functions;
- Assist customers with setting up mobile applications and connected vehicle services;
- Follow up with the appropriate departments on any outstanding items after vehicle delivery;
- Support Financial Services Managers (F&I) with administrative tasks;
- Assist with vehicle marketing activities, including photography, online listings and advertisement management;
- Perform any other related duties to support dealership operations.

Required skills:

- Excellent customer service skills;
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail;
- Comfortable using technology;
- Ability to work independently, multitask and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
