YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Greet customers in person and on the phone with professionalism and courtesy
    • Understand customer needs and open repair orders
    • Clearly explain technicians' diagnoses and recommendations
    • Prepare estimates, present work and obtain approvals
    • Schedule appointments and coordinate work with the shop
    • Follow up on repair progress and keep customers informed
    • Order parts as needed and handle invoicing
    • Help build customer satisfaction and loyalty

    • Expérience comme conseiller(ère) technique ou au service à la clientèle dans le domaine automobile minimum 10 ans (exigence)
    • Connaissances de base en mécanique automobile (exigence)
    • Excellent service à la clientèle et aisance à communiquer
    • Sens de l'organisation, capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers à la fois
    • Aisance avec l'informatique (logiciel de gestion d'atelier, courriel, téléphone)
    • DEP en mécanique automobile ou expérience équivalente : un atout
    • Permis de conduire valide
