BDC Agent - Vehicle Procurement

We are looking for a BDC Agent to handle calls generated by our vehicle purchasing campaign. You will be the first point of contact for customers looking to sell their vehicles and play a key role in our vehicle acquisition process.

Your responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls from our vehicle purchasing campaign and follow up with customers who have submitted online inquiries;
- Gather essential vehicle information, including year, model, mileage, VIN, vehicle condition and outstanding financing balance;
- Obtain the photos and documents required for vehicle appraisals;
- Forward customer files to the Acquisition team and communicate purchase offers to customers;
- Schedule vehicle inspection and pickup appointments;
- Follow up on inquiries until transactions are completed;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.

Ideal candidate:

- Experience in customer service, sales or a call centre environment;
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a strong asset;
- Good understanding of vehicle market values;
- Excellent telephone communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-up abilities;
- Comfortable using computer tools and CRM systems;
- Excellent command of French; knowledge of English is an asset.

Working conditions:

- Permanent, full-time position;
- On-site position at 6703 Saint-Jacques Street;
- Base salary plus commissions on vehicles acquired;
- Start date: As soon as possible.
