Liaison Agent

Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers;
- Open and close work orders;
- Enter invoices and process account statements;
- Follow up on customer files with insurance companies, service providers, etc.;
- Perform various other administrative duties.

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar position;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to communicate in English;
- Comfortable working as part of a team;
- Eager to take on new challenges.

Working conditions:

- Permanent, full-time position;
- Highly competitive salary of $21 to $25 per hour, based on experience;
