Automotive Claims Adjuster – Remote Position!

Requirements:

- Bilingual in French and English (required);
- Excellent knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Positive attitude;
- Strong team spirit.

This is currently a 6-month contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent position. Competitive salary offered.

Our team receives requests from dealerships and repair centres seeking authorization to perform repairs covered under mechanical warranties.

Your role will include:

- Reviewing warranty claims;
- Determining coverage eligibility based on the warranty contract;
- Validating diagnoses to confirm their accuracy;
- Assessing repair and parts costs;
- Communicating regularly with dealerships and repair shops by phone and email, in both French and English.

Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics is required. Automotive Technician certification is an asset but is not mandatory. You must also have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
