We are currently looking for a Financial & Insurance Manager to take the wheel of our F&I department. If you know how to combine financial expertise, business sense and exceptional customer service, keep reading.

What you’ll be doing:

- Guide each customer through the financing or leasing process and recommend the best options for their needs;
- Offer additional products such as insurance, extended warranties and various protection plans;
- Prepare, review and obtain approval for credit applications;
- Negotiate with financial institutions and stay up to date on the best available terms;
- Ensure all documentation is fully compliant;
- Follow up on customer files and ensure complete customer satisfaction;
- Analyze your results and continuously strive to exceed your goals.

You’re the person we’re looking for if...

- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- You have solid F&I knowledge (this is non-negotiable);
- You have an analytical mindset and are comfortable working with numbers;
- You know how to listen, persuade and build trust within minutes;
- You are known for your attention to detail, independence and organizational skills;
- You are comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital tools;
- You are fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.
