Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Payroll Clerk

We are a car dealership in Laval looking for a meticulous, organized, and versatile individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Clerk. This is a one-year maternity leave replacement position with opportunities for advancement. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative and accounting tasks related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.



Main Responsibilities:



    • Enter and track accounts payable and receivable;
    • Verify, process, and file invoices and accounting documents;

    • Perform daily bank deposits;

    • Track payments and accounts receivable;

    • Prepare and process payroll;

    • Handle all tasks related to payroll, DAS, CPA, CNESST, etc.;
    • Perform various administrative and accounting tasks;

    • Collaborate with the dealership’s various departments;

    • Perform any other tasks related to the position.



Desired Qualifications:



    • Experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll;

    • Experience in the automotive industry or at a dealership is a plus;
    • Experience with Serti software is a plus;

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

    • Ability to work independently, with discretion and reliability;

    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;

    • Good team player.



Work Schedule:



    • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.;
    • Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.;

    • Total of 35 hours per week.
