BDC Agent - Sales Department

We’re looking for a dynamic BDC Agent to join our sales team!

Your role:

- Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, text, chat);
- Schedule and confirm appointments;
- Follow up on online appointment requests;
- Collaborate with the sales team;
- Use our CRM tools and internal systems to ensure fast and efficient service.

Your Profile:

- Customer service experience (experience in the automotive industry is a plus);
- Excellent communication skills in French (English is a plus);
