Responsibilities - Reporting to the Dealership Controller, the successful candidate will perform the following tasks:

- Perform cash-on-hand reconciliation and track discrepancies;
- Enter accounts payable invoices;
- Reconcile accounts payable;
- Issue checks;

- Track certain schedules;

- File invoices and other documents;

- Perform any other related tasks.



Requirements:



- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (experience in the automotive industry is a plus);
- Strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
