Sales Representative

Régate Kia Valleyfield is looking for a motivated, professional, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers, assess their needs, and advise them on our products and services.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and guide customers through the entire purchasing process.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the financing and service teams to provide a comprehensive customer experience.

Desired qualifications:

- Relevant sales experience (experience with KIA products is a plus).
- Excellent communication and listening skills.

- Dynamic, results-oriented, and professional attitude.

- Ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment.

- Valid driver’s licence.

Education: High School Diploma (preferred).

- Retail sales: 2 years (required).
