The Drive Ahead:
• Greet parts customers and understand their needs
• Provide accurate parts quotes, place orders, and manage invoicing
• Look up and identify the correct parts and accessories for powersports products
• Assist customers with parts selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Coordinate parts availability with technicians when required
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support parts stock processes
• Handle parts returns, warranty claims, and core processing
• Follow up with customers regarding parts orders and availability

Performance Essentials:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dealership parts role
• Knowledge of the powersports market, including ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, and 

related parts and accessories
• Strong customer service and communication skills, in person and by phone
• Experience using DMS systems like PBS or CDK preferred (must be comfortable working

in these systems)
• Solid knowledge of parts, accessories, and parts-ordering processes
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
• Full-time availability (8:30am - 5:30pm), Tuesday to Saturday
