Your role:

Under the Sales Manager's supervision, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through every stage of their purchasing experience:

- Greeting each customer with courtesy and professionalism;
- Identifying their needs and recommending the vehicle that perfectly suits their lifestyle;
- Presenting the distinctive features, technologies, and benefits of the Volvo lineup;
- Organizing and accompanying test drives;
- Preparing and negotiating sales offers through to the completion of the transaction;
- Providing attentive follow-up after delivery to ensure complete satisfaction;
- Actively participating in brand training sessions and events;
- Collaborate with the financing, detailing, and after-sales service teams.

Desired profile:

- At least 3 years of experience in automotive sales or the luxury sector (a major asset);
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong listening abilities;
- Well-groomed appearance, positive and professional attitude;
- Passion for automobiles, design, and innovation;
- Team player with a dynamic attitude in a constantly evolving environment.
