A well-established and growing automotive dealership in Montréal is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. If you enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

    • Welcome customers and provide a professional and friendly service experience;
    • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service and repair needs;
    • Prepare repair orders and communicate customer requests clearly to technicians;
    • Explain recommended maintenance and repair services in a transparent and easy-to-understand manner;
    • Prepare estimates, obtain customer approvals, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process;
    • Schedule service appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs to ensure timely completion;
    • Review completed repairs and invoices with customers upon vehicle delivery;
    • Build strong customer relationships through outstanding communication and follow-up;
    • Collaborate with the service, parts, and management teams to ensure an efficient workflow;
    • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.

Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role is preferred;
    • Automotive dealership experience is considered a strong asset;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
    • Proficiency with computers and dealership management software;
    • Valid driver's licence;
    • Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.
