Parts Clerk

Granby Volkswagen is hiring! We are currently looking for a Parts Clerk to join our team. A true walking Google, you will keep our mechanics — and our customers — happy by finding the right parts at the best price. Whether you are working behind the counter, on the phone, or directly with the service department, you will be the go-to person for all parts sales.

With so many transactions to manage, your computerized inventory system will help you stay organized and in control. It’s no surprise that you will also be responsible for receiving, shipping, and organizing merchandise. You are the missing part to our success!

What you will do:
    • Sell automotive parts based on VW customers’ needs;
    • Maintain accurate inventory records for both body and mechanical parts;
    • Enter and record all transactions;
    • Verify and organize merchandise upon receipt;
    • Help customers efficiently choose the right parts;
    • Provide customers with accurate information about parts, accessories, and current promotions.
