Job description
Honda de Laval, a leading automotive dealership on the North Shore of Montreal, is experiencing continued growth and is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant and/or Sales Secretary who is self-motivated and results-oriented to join its team.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Used Vehicle Sales Manager while assisting with a variety of daily tasks, including:
- Assisting with inventory tracking;
- Monitoring vehicle preparation and reconditioning;
- Posting vehicle listings online;
- Preparing wholesale sales documentation;
- Processing transactions through SAAQclic;
- Performing other related administrative duties as required.
