Brossard Mitsubishi is looking for a passionate, inspiring, and results-driven Service Manager to join its team.

We are looking for someone who is ready to lead a high-performing service department, support an experienced team, and play a key role in customer satisfaction, operational performance, and profitability.
Your role:
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the after-sales service department, overseeing both day-to-day operations and team leadership. You will ensure operational efficiency, foster employee engagement, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and achieve the department’s financial objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage, optimize, and develop the service department;
- Plan, supervise, and optimize daily operations;
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team, including Service Advisors, Technicians, and other staff;
- Prepare work schedules based on operational needs and customer demand;
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and operating procedures;
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and handle complex customer situations;
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans;
- Work closely with the Sales, Parts, and Administration departments;
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training team members;
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards;
- Maintain a strong presence on the service floor and support daily operations;
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
Experience and education:
- Education in management, automotive technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Manager (required);
- Previous automotive dealership experience (a strong asset).
