Vehicles Delivery Coordinator

Pre-owned Vehicles Delivery Specialist - Volvo Cars Saint-Léonard - Groupe Saint-Léonard

Volvo Cars Saint-Léonard, a member of Groupe Saint-Léonard, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented pre-owned vehicle delivery specialist to join its sales team. This role is essential to ensuring an exceptional customer experience and a smooth administrative transition between the Sales and Accounting Departments.

Key responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire vehicle delivery process, including both logistical and administrative preparation.

Vehicle delivery and customer relations:

- Deliver vehicles to customers in a professional manner;
- Contact customers to confirm delivery appointments, required documentation, and delivery details;
- Present the vehicle to the customer, explain its basic features, and answer any questions;
- Ensure the vehicle is fully prepared before the customer's arrival (cleaned, accessories installed, documentation completed).

Administrative management and follow-up:

- Monitor sold vehicles prior to delivery;
- Open and track work orders related to vehicle deliveries;
- Assemble and organize complete delivery files;
- Prepare and send financing documents to financial institutions for funding and disbursement;
- Follow up diligently on funding disbursements and any outstanding documentation after delivery.

Internal coordination:

- Ensure complete and compliant files are forwarded to the Accounting Department;
- Maintain up-to-date Excel tracking files and delivery logs (payment status, profitability, etc.);
- Manage cheque requests and prepare files for the Accounting Department.

Desired profile:

- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail to ensure files are 100% complete;
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in spoken and written French; knowledge of English is an asset;
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with an excellent driving record.

- Weekly base salary;
- Variable compensation through bonuses based on delivery volume and file accuracy;
