Job description
Carstar / Toyota Ste-Thérèse is looking for a proactive, autonomous Liaison Agent with strong customer service skills to fill a key role on our team.
Your role:
You will be at the center of communication between customers, partners, and the internal team, ensuring follow-up and a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and emails;
- Serve as a liaison between customers and insurers;
- Follow up on cases;
- Handle administrative follow-up and keep files up to date;
- Ensure customer satisfaction at every stage (schedule follow-up dates, conduct surveys, and manage Google reviews);
- Be in charge of estimate and repair appointments.
Desired qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills and customer service skills;
- Interest in or experience in the automotive industry;
- Ability to manage multiple cases.
