About the Job

Vehicle Detailer - Full Time.

Location: Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT - Toronto, ON (401 & Kennedy Road).

Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT is seeking an experienced, professional Vehicle Detailer to join our growing team. Due to increased demand, we're looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail.

Position Overview:

The Vehicle Detailer is responsible for ensuring all customer and inventory vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, polished, and presented to Serpa's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Detail and clean all sold and inventory vehicles to showroom condition.
  • Organize and ensure all vehicles are parked in designated locations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional wash bay area.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Protect customer and company confidentiality at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and management in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:

 

  • Experience required in vehicle detailing (dealership experience an asset).
  • Valid G2 or G driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
