We are looking for Automotive Service Technicians holding an Apprentice qualification card (CPA).

Our mechanical workshop has been newly renovated, is air-conditioned, and includes toolboxes.

In the course of your duties, you will be required to:

- Diagnose and perform repairs in several areas;
- Complete the work described on the repair order efficiently and accurately, according to dealership and manufacturer standards;
- Determine the cause of any malfunction and perform the necessary repair;
- Identify vehicle defects based on customer complaints and your own inspection;
- Communicate with the parts department to obtain the necessary parts;
- Retain and label parts if the work is under warranty or if requested by the customer;
- Inspect the assigned vehicle to determine whether additional safety and maintenance work is required;
- Inspect and road-test newly delivered vehicles to identify any obvious damage or missing components affecting various driving functions;
- Install optional equipment requested by the customer or the dealership;
- Communicate with the Service Advisor and Foreman as soon as possible if additional work is not required or if repairs cannot be completed within the expected timeframe;
- Document all work performed.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience;
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written);
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence;
- Hazardous materials handling.
