Our after-sales service department is made up of carefully selected professionals, as we are primarily looking for people who are passionate about customer service, have a positive attitude, and want to make a difference for our customers.
We are looking to add a Service Advisor to our already well-established team.
In this role, you will assist our customers by advising them on their vehicle’s needs. You will also be responsible for opening and closing work orders, as well as explaining invoices to customers in a clear and professional manner. Whether you have several years of experience or are ready to take on a new challenge, we will be there to provide you with the training, guidance, and support you need to succeed.
Here's what's in store for you:
- A 12-months contract;
- Full-time, permanent position Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m;
- Start your weekend early - we close at 3pm on Fridays;
- Group insurance: health care, prescription drugs, dental care, life insurance, employee assistance program;
- Ongoing training.
Requirements:
- Experience in a dealership or garage;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer service oriented;
- Computer skills (knowledge of Serti software an asset);
- Team spirit and teamwork;
- Outgoing and autonomous.
