Job description
We are looking for a candidate to fill a Service Advisor position within the service team at our dealership in Laval
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Greeting customers;
- Confirming appointments;
- Working closely with service technicians
- Monitoring the manufacturer’s maintenance log and recommending necessary maintenance
– Opening and closing work orders;
– Ensuring customer satisfaction;
– Performing any other duties related to the position.
Experience as a technical advisor and basic knowledge of Serti software are a plus.
We offer a salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year (depending on skills and experience).
