Job description: GARAGE F.D. VIENS INC. has two positions to fill:

    • An experienced mechanic specializing in diagnostics and advanced repairs;
    • A maintenance mechanic for general maintenance and routine services;
to join our dynamic and professional team.

Position 1: experienced Mechanic - main responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on various vehicles;
    • Perform advanced repairs: engine, transmission, suspension, etc.;
    • Perform preventive maintenance according to manufacturer standards;
    • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient repair management;
    • Stay up-to-date on new technologies and repair techniques.

Requirements:

    • Proven experience in automotive mechanics;
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems;
    • Ability to work independently and solve complex problems;
    • Valid driver’s licence;
    • Must have a complete toolbox.

Position 2: maintenance Mechanic – main responsibilities:

    • Perform oil changes and routine maintenance;
    • Install, remove, and balance tires;
    • Apply rust-proofing treatments;
    • Check fluid levels and perform basic visual inspections;
    • Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements:

    • Experience in automotive maintenance;
    • Good physical condition;
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team;
    • Sense of responsibility and commitment to a job well done;
    • Valid driver’s licence;
    • Basic tool kit.
