Desjardins 440 Ford Lincoln is currently seeking an experienced Desk Managerto support sales operations and assist the team on a daily basis.
We are looking for a structured, motivating, and results-oriented individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of management, follow-up, and supervision.
The ideal candidate will be present on the sales floor, support the sales team, ensure rigorous follow-up management, and actively contribute to the department’s performance.
We are looking for a positive leader who can motivate the team, maintain a good work pace, and foster a professional environment focused on collaboration, discipline, and results.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support the sales team on a daily basis
• Track leads, appointments, and opportunities in the CRM
• Participate in the management and tracking of transactions
• Maintain high standards for follow-ups and processes
• Collaborate closely with sales management
• Contribute to achieving the dealership’s performance goals
Desired Profile:
• Must have experience in a car dealership
• Relevant experience in floor management or at the sales desk
• Positive leadership and ability to motivate a team
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and develop a team
• Rigorous follow-up and strong proficiency with CRM tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with management
• Bilingual in French and English
