Brief job description:
You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering vehicles to customers in a professional manner and performing various support duties as requested by your supervisor.
The main duties are listed below, but the incumbent may be assigned other duties:
- Oversee the preparation of all sold vehicles for delivery, ensuring that selected options have been properly installed and that all features are fully functional.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries to customers, provide a tour of the dealership facilities, and introduce customers to the appropriate staff, including the manager and the after-sales advisor.
- Ensure that every customer is satisfied with the delivery and performance of their vehicle.
- Promptly address customer issues or complaints by immediately informing the sales manager.
- Actively participate in the owner follow-up and retention program to foster customer loyalty.
- Actively participate in various customer service-related initiatives (information sessions).
- Substitute for the receptionist as needed.
- Greet customers in the sales or after-sales departments as needed.
- Assist the sales manager when necessary.
- Present yourself professionally.
- Perform other duties as needed and as directed by management.
Job Type: permanent part-time.
Salary: negotiable.
Expected hours: 20–40 hours per week.
Experience: 1 year in customer service (preferred).
