We're currently looking for a Sales & Finance Manager to join our Mighty Peace Harley-Davidson and Bannister GP MotorSports team. The Drive Ahead (Role Duties)
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial guest interaction through to delivery and financing
- Structure and present financing, leasing, and protection products in a clear, compliant, and customer-friendly manner
- Support and coach the sales team to improve closing ratios, product knowledge, and overall performance
- Ensure all deals are accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently while maintaining strong lender relationships
- Monitor performance metrics and drive profitability across both sales and finance departments
Performance Essentials (Qualifications)
- Proven experience in automotive sales and/or finance with a strong track record of results
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a hands-on, team-first mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Full-time availability - typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
