Job description
The Service Advisor position is the link between the customer and the mechanical workshop.
The Advisor is responsible for demystifying the information provided by the client and for identifying the mechanical problem. The candidate is responsible for planning and estimating the work and is the resource Advisor for everything related to the maintenance, prevention and repair of a vehicle.
The Service Advisor makes every effort to meet the needs of the driver who comes to the workshop for regular maintenance of a vehicle or for a mechanical problem. The jobholder greets clients, establishes a relationship of trust with them, identifies the needs and interprets the information received in order to transmit it to the workshop Technician by writing the work order.
The incumbent informs customers about the various systems and operations of the motor vehicle, offers prevention services and follows up with customers to increase loyalty.
The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience. Any experience with electronic field will be considered an asset. An experience of ERA and Reynold's & Reynold's management software would also be an important asset.
On-site training will be provided through our certification program to GM Pro certified Service Advisors.
